James Harden and Joel Embiid said they were done and the 76ers should give up their championship hopes

Two of the best teams in the league have faced each other recently, and the game has been a boring affair. The Brooklyn Nets dominated the entire game against the Philadelphia 76ers and won the points. While Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving performed phenomenally, James Harden had a horror show.

Stephen A. Smith hits 76ers and James Harden

While everyone is talking about Philadelphia and its brilliant season, Stephen A. Smith has already declared his season over. Led by MVP leader Joel Embiid and recent acquisition James Harden, the Sixers looked good.

That’s when they faced the Brooklyn Nets. With Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving perfectly fit to play, the Nets wreaked havoc. They dominated the whole match and won the match easily with a score of 129-100.

Speaking about his popular show, Stephen A. Smith said: ” Here is the bottom line. I’m writing the epitaph on the Philadelphia 76ers right now. As long as Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are healthy on the court together, book him! It’s a wrap! Philly isn’t going anywhere.

Although the 76ers look good and it’s only one game away, Smith doesn’t think they’re going anywhere. While he praises the Brooklyn Nets, the Durant and Irving duo have hardly played together. The team has been dealing with an injury crisis throughout the season and Irving is still not cleared to play home games.

Will Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving lead the Nets to a title?

While the two players are lethal together, keeping them together is a huge task for the front office and staff. Durant has just come out of a major injury that has kept him out for a long time and Irving only plays away games. Additionally, the team has already traded James Harden to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Kevin Durant has been in great form averaging 29.0 points, 7.4 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game. On the other hand, Kyrie Irving has been in phenomenal shape recently. He is averaging 25.9 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game.
